for Drivers, Journalists, Schools, Summer Camps, Associations, Group Leaders, Tour Guides Pursuant to article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Law related to the protection of personal data)

S.E.P.A.R. SPA according to article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 containing provisions on the collection of personal data hereby inform you of:

Purpose of the processing
Your personal data in our possession is processed for contractual, managerial, statistical, marketing and promotional purposes as well as purposes of an artistic-cultural, tourism-recreational and commercial nature.

Processing procedure
Processing of personal data is effected using manual and computerised means in relation to the indicated purpose and in a manner to guarantee the security and confidentiality of such data.

Personnel assigned to processing data
Data processing is effected by specifically assigned personnel from the following offices: Information Office, Cashiers, Secretarial staff, Marketing Office, Data Processing Office, Administration and Management.

Source of the data
Personal data is collected by the aforementioned companies directly from the interested parties, or acquired during their activity and contacts with the same, or from public registers or lists available to the public at large.

Nature of the data
In the event of school groups or summer camps, only the data related to the school/camp will be recorded and not that of participating students. Processing of the data you provide for the indicated purposes is not obligatory, therefore your refusal to process data does not result in any consequence other than the impossibility of notifying you of the aforementioned activities and using the services and promotions reserved for you.

Communication of the data
The data can be communicated among the aforementioned companies, each of which is an independent data controller; the data may also be communicated to parent companies, subsidiaries and associated companies, Insurance companies, Industry associations, Foundations, Non-profit organisations, travel and service agencies, restaurants, publishing companies, public relations and public affairs companies, tourism and entertainment companies and public agencies for the aforementioned purposes. The data will not be externally disseminated.

Rights of the data subject
Based on article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Right to access to personal data and other rights), the data subject has the right to:

  1. obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data which regard him/her, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form;
  2. obtain the indication of: a) the origin of the personal data, b) the purpose and procedure of its processing, c) the logic applied in the case of processing effected with electronic means, d) the identification data of the controller, managers and assigned representative, e) the companies or categories of companies to which the data can be communicated or which may learn about the data as assigned representative in the territory of the country, manager or assigned personnel;
  3. obtain: updating, rectification or, when desired integration of the data, b) cancellation, transformation to an anonymous form or block of the processed data in violation of the law, including situations where storing such data is not necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or later processed, c) certification that the operations in letter a) and b) have been communicated, also in terms of their contents, to those whose data has been communicated or distributed, except in the case where compliance with such results to be impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
  4. oppose, in all or in part: a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data which regards him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) processing of personal data which regards him/her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct marketing material or for market surveys or commercial communication.
